Liam specialises in enhancing operational efficiency, organisational effectiveness, and structural transformation across a diverse array of businesses. His extensive experience spans from small startup ventures to large multinational e-commerce corporations, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of varying organisational dynamics.

With over two decades of expertise in the rapid growth sectors of digital media, marketing, and technology, Liam has actively engaged with boards, executive teams, and C-suite leaders for seven years, offering real, straightforward, actionable strategic advice on growth initiatives, structural enhancements, and operational optimisation. Known for his ability to identify core organisational issues and foster collaborative solutions, Liam brings a unique blend of humour, emotional intelligence, and profound business acumen to his client relationships, making him an indispensable partner in their success.

David is a fractional, interim, or project-based COO or managing director who has led multiple successful businesses and helped companies grow, transform, and exit at an exceptional price. He is a commercially led, execution focused, leader with a proven ability to define or champion strategy and oversee all aspects of exceptional delivery, significantly improving competitive advantage and EBITDA. He has also led strategy and product management, as well as operational excellence within technology companies ranging from £1m to 9bn in annual turnover.

His track record spans many industries and products where he and his teams consistently achieved success over the last 20 years. He has also provided extensive consultancy and training to companies ranging from start-ups and scale-ups to global £30bn+ t/o organisations

Fractional Operatons Director

Karen is a rare mix of big picture thinking and hands-on implementation.

In her 25 years of Operational and Customer Relationship experience, she has worked with businesses of all sizes from owner-operated companies right up to multi-million pound corporations.

A business owner herself, she understands the many challenges of juggling operations alongside growing the brand.

Her expertise lies in creating strategies for - and then implementing - streamlined systems and processes to improve overall efficiency, and is an expert in managing clients, suppliers and team members and keeping them all happy.

Karen’s experience is primarily in the creative, media, retail and e-commerce sectors where she works closely with the Business Development, Account Management and Project Teams to ensure that all departments are aligned and that a clear delivery plan is in place and maintained.

One of life’s ‘people people’, Karen brings passion, energy as well as diligence and professionalism to her work, leading many of her clients to request her services time and time again.
